2 of 4: Go talk to the vampire, Marara, about it in the Drethan Ancestral Tomb at location 7 on the Ald Daedroth map.
3 of 4: She's an old and weary vampire and desires to be killed in combat by one of her own kind.
4 of 4: If you can manage to kill her, you'll get Marara's Ring, which has constant effects of Reflect 20%, Fortify Acrobatics 10 points, and Resist Normal Weapons 40%.
