Find Mathis Dalobar
1 of 6: Talk to Neminda about "Mathis Dalobar" to get this S&R quest.
2 of 6: He hasn't turned up in either Maar Gan or Gnisis, so go there and ask around about him.
3 of 6: In Maar Gan, you'll get some leads about an ash storm and someone being seen near the Rothan Ancestral Tomb (location 10 on the Maar Gan map).
4 of 6: Visit the tomb to find Dalobar inside, near the entrance.
5 of 6: Talk to him to get him to travel with you, then lead him back to Maar Gan.
6 of 6: He'll stop following you when you enter the Shrine building, so report back to Neminda.
