1 of 3: Once you've finished Neminda's recover a stolen helm quest, talk to Virith about the Ashimanu Mine to get this quest.
2 of 3: The mine, which is at location 17 on the Maar Gan map, has a diseased Shalk in it that you need to go kill.
3 of 3: Do it, then report back to finish the quest.
