  • 1 of 4: Find Hlaren Ramoran in the Private Quarters of his manor in Ald'ruhn's Manor District and talk to him to get this quest.
  • 2 of 4: He wants you to get some tax money from Hetman Abelmawia in Gnisis, so go do it.
  • 3 of 4: Find Abelmawia in his hut and talk to him to get the 60 gold Ramoran wants.
  • 4 of 4: When you turn the money over, don't try to short-change Ramoran -- give him the full 60 gold. If you cheat him, you won't be able to get his next councilor quest, which is necessary to gain his support.
