Duel with Bolvyn Venim
1 of 7: This is the last councilor quest and it's the one that gets you promoted to Archmaster at last.
2 of 7: After doing all the other councilor quests and being promoted to Councilman, go talk to Athyn Sarethi in his manor in Ald'ruhn's Manor District.
3 of 7: He'll say that Bolvyn Venim will never support you for Archmaster but will fight a duel with you.
4 of 7: Go see Venim in the Private Quarters of his manor to get the duel arranged.
5 of 7: When you're ready, go to the Arena in Vivec and enter the Arena Pit area and fight Venim to the death.
6 of 7: NOTE: You may have already dueled him in the main quest to become House Redoran's Hortator. If not, see the following link for some tips on beating him.
