  • 1 of 4: Faral Retheran is in the Redoran Treasury in the Redoran Plaza in Vivec.
  • 2 of 4: NOTE: You can get this one quest from her without being a member of Great House Redoran.
  • 3 of 4: Her first quest is to go to the Eight Plates in Balmora City and stop Meril Hlaano from slandering Great House Redoran.
  • 4 of 4: Get Hlaano's disposition up to 75 to get him to agree to stop it, then report back to Retheran to get a Holy Shield.
