The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Ra'Zhid's Dwemer Artifacts
of 8: In this quest, Habasi wants you to go get some undelivered Dwemer artifacts from a guy in Hla Oad. (Check the Balmora map to see where it is, or sail there on the Fast Travel Boat Service.)
of 8: When you arrive, go visit Fatleg's Drop Off and find Ra'Zhid.
of 8: He's right near the door, and so is the locked chest with the items you want. (It's the one with the lesser lock on it.)
of 8: If you can't sneakily disarm and plunder the chest, then let Ra'Zhid see you trying to open the chest. That way he'll attack you, and you may not get in trouble for killing him. (If you do, restore and try taunting him into attacking you.)
of 8: Search his body to find the key that opens the chest.
of 8: However, before you open it and take the Dwemer stuff, make sure you're standing so that the room's center post is directly between you and Trasteve.
of 8: And while you're at it, why not steal as much of Trasteve's stuff as you can from your strategic position? Just don't try to sell any of it back to him.
of 8: Once you're done with that, journey back to Balmora City and turn the Dwemer objects over to Habasi. She'll give you several useful tools as a reward.
