Kill Raynasa Rethan.
1 of 2: This is basically the same as Retheran's kill Reynel Uvirith quest, except this time you're going to Rethan Manor at location 27 on the Balmora map.
2 of 2: Find and kill Raynasa Rethan and whoever else you want to, then report back to Retheran to finish up.
