The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints

Slave Rebellion

  • 1 of 7: Ulessen's other quest is to put down a slave revolt in the Abebaal Egg Mine.
  • 2 of 7: The mine is at location 7 on the Bal Fell map.
  • 3 of 7: You can deal with this revolting development in one of two ways.
  • 4 of 7: One is to kill the leader, an Argonian named Eleedal-Lei.
  • 5 of 7: However, a better way is to talk to Eleedal-Lei and offer to free him.
  • 6 of 7: You can get a key from a container in the mine near the kwama queen.
  • 7 of 7: Once Eleedal-Lei is free, return to Ulessen to report that the slaves are missing and learn the Command Creature and Command Humanoid spells. (If you kill Eleedal-Lei, Ulessen will give you a Ring of Fire Storm instead of the spells. If you kill all of the slaves, you'll get the Ring of Fire Storm and a Ring of Toxic Cloud.)
