Mission to Nchuleft
1 of 4: Now Ryon needs you to go to the ruins of Nchuleft (location 13 on the Tel Mora map) and get some Dwemer scarab plans.
2 of 4: The plans are on the bottom shelf of a set of shelves near the entrance, so they shouldn't be hard to find.
3 of 4: If you've already raided Nchuleft and don't know where the plans are anymore, you can find duplicate plans in Tel Vos' Central Tower (location 3 on Tel Mora's map) and in Sorkvild's Tower (location 15 on the Ald Daedroth map).
4 of 4: Take one set of schematics to Ryon to get an enchanted cephalopod helm.
