1 of 5: Galos Mathendis is one of the Telvanni Mouths in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora.
2 of 5: Mathendis' first quest is to take a coded message from his sponsor, Aryon, to Divayth Fyr.
3 of 5: Fyr is on the upper level of the Hall of Fyr in Tel Fyr (location 4 on the Tel Aruhn map).
4 of 5: Levitate up to his room and deliver the message.
5 of 5: When you get his reply, take it to Mathendis to finish the quest.
