Find evidence of fraud in Caldera's ebony mine.
1 of 6: Once your stronghold is completed (except for the enhancements available only to the highest two ranks), you'll need to do this and other councilor quests to earn the support of the House Redoran councilors and become Archmaster.
2 of 6: Talk to Garisa Llethri in the Private Quarters in his manor in Ald'ruhn's Manor District to get this quest.
3 of 6: He wants you to visit the Caldera Mining Company (location 20 on the Ald'ruhn map) and find evidence of Great House Hlaalu's corrupt operations there.
4 of 6: Ignore the fake ledger in the Mining Company Office and go for the real one.
5 of 6: It's hidden in Odral Helvi's quarters in Caldera's Governor's Hall.
6 of 6: Get the Secret Caldera Ledger from Odral Helvi's locked chest and go turn that in to Llethri to get his next councilor quest.
