Unsanctioned Training
1 of 6: Athrys gives you this quest after you complete the previous two.
2 of 6: It seems that some Argonian has been illegally training people in the magical skill of Restoration.
3 of 6: That Argonian is Only-He-Stands-There in the South Wall Cornerclub.
4 of 6: Talk to him about "unsanctioned training" to get an interesting offer.
5 of 6: Agree to lie to Athrys, then go do so.
6 of 6: The quest will be done just the same, and you can now go back to Only-He-Stands-There and get services from him (including training).
