The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Master of Security
1 of 6: Habasi now wants you to find out who the secret master of the Security skill is around here and ask him or her to help with the security of the South Wall Cornerclub.
2 of 6: The person you're after is in Balmora City, and is an Altmer.
3 of 6: You can go around asking about Altmer and quizzing the ones you find.
4 of 6: You'll eventually discover that Hecerinde, whose house is near the north end of the east side of the city, is the man you want.
5 of 6: Talk to him about "South Wall" to get him to agree to help with security, then report success back to Habasi to finish this quest and Habasi's entire quest series.
6 of 6: Note that Habasi's reward for this last quest is to erase your bounty. You might want to take advantage of that by partaking in a little illegal activity (like snatching items from shops) before reporting in.
