Ring of Equity
1 of 5: You can get "Fast Eddie" Theman to do a couple of quests for you once you make him your Mouth in Aryon's "Recruit a Mouth" quest.
2 of 5: Talk to him in the Telvanni Council House about "chores" and "Ring of Equity" to get him to volunteer to get that ring from Neloth's treasury.
3 of 5: You'll have to get Eddie a key first, though. He isn't much of a quest-doer.
4 of 5: Go to Tel Naga and get a key from a guard or Neloth himself via pickpocketing, hand-to-hand combat, or murder.
5 of 5: After giving Eddie the key, wait for a journal entry telling you that he has the ring, then go get it from him in the Telvanni Council House.
