1 of 4: Mallam Ryon is one of the Telvanni Mouths in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora.
2 of 4: Ryon wants you to visit Baladas Demnevanni in Arvs-Drelen in Gnisis and ask him three questions about the Dwemer.
3 of 4: The answers you get depend on Demnevanni's disposition (which can be raised by doing his two quests), but it doesn't really matter.
4 of 4: All you have to do is ask about the disappearance of the dwarves, Dwemer artifacts, and the Dwemer language, and then report back to Ryon to get some Messenger scrolls.
