The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Get yourself a Mouth.
1 of 7: Aryon now tells you that to be a Telvanni councilor, you need to have a Mouth of your very own.
2 of 7: He says there's a likely candidate in Balmora, but doesn't know the guy's name.
3 of 7: The name is Edd Theman, aka "Fast Eddie."
4 of 7: Go talk to him in his house near the Eight Plates in Balmora City to get him to agree to be your Mouth.
5 of 7: You'll have to give him your Silver Staff of Peace from one of Aryon's earlier quests (or go buy him a new one).
6 of 7: From now on, you'll find Theman in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora, where all the Mouths (except you) congregate.
7 of 7: Return to Aryon to get a great glove that can summon all three types of Daedra atronach.
