The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Annotated Map Key
1 = Balur Salvu's farm. An Imperial Cult quest sends you here. 2 = Nels Llendo. 3 = Abaesen-Pulu Egg Mine. 4 = Assemanu (Sixth House base). Home of the fabled Robe of St. Roris. The early main quest side quest brings you here, as does the Hlaalu quest to get the robe. 5 = Othrelas Ancestral Tomb (a Berne vampire lair). 6 = Hawia Egg Mine. 7 = Silt strider. Destinations are Balmora, Molag Mar, Seyda Neen, and Suran (Bal Ur region). 8 = Boat travel to Ebonheart (Vivec region), Hla Oad (Balmora region), Molag Mar, and Tel Branora (Bal Fell region). 9 = Tinos Drothan.
10 = Ald Sotha Shrine. Two Temple quests send you here, as do two Morag Tong quests. 11 = Sinsibadon (bandit cave). 12 = Beshara (bandit cave). A misc. quest (location 9) sends you here. 13 = Omani Manor. You'll need to talk to Valenda Omani on the main quest. She's one of the three people you can tell about the location of the lost mine.
