Fjol the Outlaw
  • 1 of 4: Speak to Larrius Varro in the Moonmoth Legion Fort about "latest rumors" and then "careless travelers" to get this quest (if his disposition is at least 40).
  • 2 of 4: The bandit he wants is Fjol, who's working the road a short ways north of Hla Oad.
  • 3 of 4: Go talk to Fjol and refuse to give him the money he demands.
  • 4 of 4: Kill him, then report back to Varro (use the "careless travelers" dialogue again) for a 100 gold reward.
