Propylon Chambers
There are 10 strongholds on Vvardenfell that have Propylon Chambers that can be used to teleport to other strongholds. However, you have to have the Propylon index for the destination stronghold in order for the teleporter to work.

The Propylon indices are all small purplish rocks that are often hard to find even if you know where to look. Here's a list of the locations of the indices for the 10 strongholds.

There's an official game plug-in available on www.morrowind.com that allows you to create a master Propylon index with Folms Mirel in the Caldera Mages Guild. Once the master index is finished, it can be used to travel from Caldera to any Propylon Chamber, and from any Proplyon Chamber to Caldera.
