  • 1 of 4: Edryno Arethi is in her house in the Hlaalu Waistworks in Vivec. Talk to her about business to get quests.
  • 2 of 4: The first one is simply to deliver a sealed report to Baren Alen in the nearby Hlaalu Treasury.
  • 3 of 4: Go to the treasury, then enter the vault area.
  • 4 of 4: Talk to Alen about "sealed report" and give him the report, then return to Arethi to finish the quest.
