  • 1 of 8: You can only sign up with Eno Hlaalu, and he's hiding out.
  • 2 of 8: He's in the Vivec region.
  • 3 of 8: In (or rather, under) the Arena.
  • 4 of 8: Have you explored the Arena Storage area yet? It's accessible via the Arena Canalworks.
  • 5 of 8: There's a locked trap door in one of the rooms.
  • 6 of 8: Unlock it and descend to find the secret Morag Tong headquarters.
  • 7 of 8: Eno Hlaalu is in one of the rooms there. Talk to him to sign up.
  • 8 of 8: NOTE: You have to have a Speed and Agility of at least 30 to join.
