A Rash of Insults
  • 1 of 4: Talk to Tarer Braryn in the Office of the Watch in the Hall of Justice (Temple area) about "apology" for this quest.
  • 2 of 4: Agree to apologize to Trebonius Artorius for him, and he'll give you a book to give Artorius.
  • 3 of 4: Go talk to Artorius in the Mages Guild in the Foreign Quarter Plaza to turn the book over and get a special potion that will cure Braryn's rash plus a Rising Force potion for yourself.
  • 4 of 4: Then return to Braryn for a $100 reward.
