The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Mysterious Killings in Vivec
1 of 7: Talk to Elam Andas in the Office of the Watch in the Temple's Hall of Justice about "work," "seven victims," and "witnesses."
2 of 7: Ask around the city with the new "woman with a dagger" dialogue option.
3 of 7: If you ask people in the Foreign Quarter, they'll say that someone who might fit the description has been seen in the Underworks.
4 of 7: So go down to the Underworks and you should have no trouble finding a woman tagged as "Dreamer Prophet" who will attack you on sight.
5 of 7: Kill her and loot her. (Take her crude bronze key, which opens gates in some Sixth House bases.)
6 of 7: Then report back to Andas to get your choice of rewards.
7 of 7: The Indoril helm and cuirass are good medium armor, but don't ever talk to an Ordinator while wearing either one unless you want him and every other Ordinator in the game to attack you forevermore. The belt can be used for casting Fortify Willpower, Sanctuary, and Shield all at once.
