  • 1 of 4: This shrine is in the Vivec Ashmask room in the Gnisis Temple.
  • 2 of 4: You need to have a Cure Common Disease potion in your inventory to activate the Shrine of the Mask and complete the pilgrimage.
  • 3 of 4: If you need one, you can buy one from Zanmulk Sammalamus right here in the Temple.
  • 4 of 4: Activating the shrine with a potion is all you need to do, though there is a neat bonus you can go for.
