1 of 7: Ask around about "latest rumors" in the Telvanni Compound to find out there's a rat problem.
2 of 7: Talk to Audenian Valius in the enchanter shop in the Waistworks about it.
3 of 7: He's suffering from the problem the worst, with rats in his back room.
4 of 7: Kill the two of them, but that's not all.
5 of 7: You need to descend to the Underworks and kill ten specially-marked rats.
6 of 7: Once they're all dead, you'll get a journal update.
7 of 7: Return to Valius to receive your reward of a grand soul gem.
