The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
A Man and His Guar
of 11: Talk to Teris Raledran about "be of some use" to get this quest. He's standing around with his pet guar at location 30 on the Bal Ur map.
of 11: Note that it may be very difficult to talk to Raledran because the game keeps targeting Rollie. Try standing right in front of Raledran and looking down at his feet. Back up some if you have to.
of 11: When the two of them are ready to follow you, lead them SW along the path.
of 11: When you get to the path split near the gro-Bagrat Plantation (location 29) with the signs pointing every which way, start down the SE path.
of 11: Raledran should soon initiate dialogue and say that Rollie has to be left behind.
of 11: Now you can continue on with only Raledran to get stuck on small obstacles and sometimes run in the wrong direction.
of 11: Continue along the SE road to reach the Foreign Quarter section of Vivec.
of 11: Enter the Lower Waistworks and find a door that leads down to the Canalworks.
of 11: Your destination is the clothier's shop. If you end up in the wrong half of the Canalworks, go back to the Lower Waistworks and find the other Canalworks door.
of 11: When you approach the clothier shop's door, your journey will be over. Mention "compensation" to get a 200 gold reward.
of 11: NOTE: After you finish the quest, you can go back and kill Rollie to get a bunch of exquisite clothing items.
