The Shrine of Daring
1 of 4: This shrine is in the SW corner of the upper level of the Temple area of Vivec (which is location 31 on the Vivec map).
2 of 4: In order to activate it, you need a Potion of Rising Force (levitation) in your inventory.
3 of 4: If you don't have any, you can buy one from several of the different alchemists and enchanters in the city.
4 of 4: Your blessing from this shrine will be a half-day Levitation spell.
