Gathering Muck
1 of 7: Tunifus' second quest has you going to Gnisis to get some muck and deliver potions to the fort's chaplain.
2 of 7: As with all of these lay healer quests, any five pieces of the asked-for ingredient will do. You could find some elsewhere, or even buy it in a shop.
3 of 7: As for the potion delivery, you don't have to do it to finish the quest. It's optional.
4 of 7: If you want to do it the "right" way, then take the silt strider from Vivec to Seyda Neen and then to Gnisis.
5 of 7: To get muck, find the large muckspunge plants that are near Shand's hut. You should be able to get at least five pieces of muck from the larger plants.
6 of 7: To deliver the potions, enter Fort Darius and find Chaplain Ogrul near the altar. As a reward, he'll teach you a spell of your choosing.
7 of 7: Return to Tunifus with the muck to get a disease-curing potion, a retort, and a book.
