The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Kill a cult leader.
1 of 4: Llethan's final quest has you going after a cult leader in one of Vivec's sewer shrines.
2 of 4: Go to the St. Delyn Underworks (via the St. Delyn Canalworks, via the St. Delyn Waistworks) and find the Ihinipalit Shrine.
3 of 4: It's a very small shrine with only a few enemies to be killed, but they're very tough. However, you only have to kill one of them (Bjadmund), so you could concentrate on him and then run or teleport away.
4 of 4: Report success to Llethan to get a really nice artifact called the Ancestral Wisdom Staff.
