Stop the False Incarnate.
1 of 5: Valen's second quest has you going to Suran in the Bal Ur region to shut up some guy that's claiming to be the Nerevarine.
2 of 5: You'll find Elvil Vidron wandering around outside in the Suran town area.
3 of 5: Talk to him about "False Incarnate," then tell him that he's not the one you envisioned. If his disposition is at least 65, he'll listen to you and agree to stop claiming he's the Nerevarine.
4 of 5: Also, if you've gotten to the point in the main quest series where the Temple has officially recognized you as the true Nerevarine, you'll have a moon-and-star ring that you can show Vidron to wise him up.
5 of 5: However you do it, report back to Valen to get three Exclusive Restore Health potions.
