The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Odaishah Yasalmibaal and Toris Saren
1 of 7: These are the first two writs you can get after you finish Hlaalu's initiation writ and get officially admitted into the Morag Tong. You might as well get them from Hlaalu himself after joining.
2 of 7: Note that you have to talk to him about "Writ" and then each of the two names to get the actual writs put in your inventory.
3 of 7: Toris Saren is in Vivec, so you might want to do him right away.
4 of 7: He's in Saren Manor in the Redoran Plaza, right near the front door.
5 of 7: You can go through the same routine you did with Feruren Oran, but a better way is to talk to Toris first. He'll realize you were sent to kill him and will attack you. That means you don't have to mess with the guards or removal of bounties.
6 of 7: When Oran is dead, search him to find a neat Wild Shardblade. You can then report to Hlaalu to get your 500 gold reward, or wait until after you get Yasalmibaal to collect both rewards at once.
7 of 7: Yasalmibaal is all alone in an Ashlander yurt at location 23 on the Tel Aruhn map. You can just go in, kill him, and be on your way to collect the 500 gold reward. No problem.
