The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Guril Retheran and Galasa Uvayn
1 of 4: These next two writs are both on people local to the Vivec region.
2 of 4: Retheran is in the Flowers of Gold club in the Redoran Plaza. To avoid high bounties and extra fights, pull the old pickpocketing routine on him to get him to attack you. (And do take his cool Fiend Tanto and Glove of Sanguine Horny Fist after he's dead.)
3 of 4: Uvayn is in the Hlaalu Treasury, accessible through the Hlaalu Waistworks. She's standing by herself near the door to Hlaalu Records, so you can kill her without anyone reporting or attacking you.
4 of 4: As with the previous writs, each of these is worth 500 gold when you report success to a writ quest person.
