How do I use these map positional coordinates?
Use this information if you want to be able to instantly teleport yourself to any position marked on the map. Note that doing this is a sort of cheat, and may rob you of some of the enjoyment of the game. Only use it to avoid long, tedious traveling that would also rob you of enjoyment, etc.
To get this to work, you need to press TAB to get a third-person view of your character, press ~ to bring up the console window, then click on your character. The console window's title bar should change to "Console (PlayerSaveGame)." When that's done, you can use the "positioncell" command and the coordinates given in the list below to teleport yourself anywhere.
For example, if you see a line in the table like:
