The Necromancer of Vas
1 of 5: Percius Mercius is in the Fighters Guild in Ald'ruhn City. You have to be at least a Swordsman in the guild before he'll give you quests.
2 of 5: His first one has you go to Vas (location 31 on the Dagon Fel map) to assist the unsinkable Buoyant Armiger Ulyne Henim in going after a necromancer.
3 of 5: Talk to Henim about "fight together" to get her to follow you around, then enter Vas.
4 of 5: Go to Vas' tower area to find the necromancer. Kill him and you're done here.
