The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Alof and the Orcs
1 of 7: You have to have the rank of Protector or higher for Fire-Eye to give you this quest.
2 of 7: You need to go finish off the leader of a band of orcs that are meeting at a Daedric ruin.
3 of 7: You start off by going to Alof's farmhouse at location 14 on the Bal Ur map and talking to him about "Orcs at a Daedric ruin."
4 of 7: He'll tell you that they're in the Ashunartes ruin to the NE, and that you only have to kill their leader in order to break up the band.
5 of 7: There are two entrances to Ashunartes (location 7 on the map), both of which are just a short distance west of the giant Marandus stronghold (location 6).
6 of 7: The best entrance to go in is the one that's SE of the other one. It'll get you to the orc leader, Burub gra-Bamog, very quickly.
7 of 7: You can just kill her and go back the way you came, then go tell Fire-Eye to finish the quest and get 500 gold.
