1 of 5: Pierre, the fisherman, knows the Captain pretty well. Prod him for information.
2 of 5: You may need to start several conversations with Pierre before the right topic comes up. Start with asking him what he expects to catch.
3 of 5: Eventually you will be able to ask how "to deal with" the Captain.
4 of 5: If your questions to Pierre went far enough, you can speak to the Captain using his full title.
5 of 5: Address the captain as "Monsieur". He will open up and tell you all you need to know.
