How can I get Lowry's scissors?

  • 1 of 9: You can't take the scissors while he is in his office.
  • 2 of 9: The only reason he would leave is if the Chief calls him.
  • 3 of 9: Halligan can fake a call from the Chief to Lowry.
  • 4 of 9: Does Halligan have any messages?  (He will have some after he has made his field trip to Carmors and returned to HQ.)
  • 5 of 9: Do you know Lowry's telephone extension number?
  • 6 of 9: Play Halligan's messages.  One of them is from the Chief.
  • 7 of 9: You play that one on your phone and Lowry will think the Chief is speaking directly to him.
  • 8 of 9: Click the speaker button on Halligan's phone, dial Lowry's extension and play message
  • 9 of 9: Go immediately to Lowry's office and get the scissors.
