Where is the weight for the scale?
1 of 3: After meeting the soldiers and talking to them the first time, return to the kitchen. Then go back to them again. You'll hear them talking about getting paid.
2 of 3: A bag of silver coins (each weighing one ounce) sits behind the smarter soldier.
3 of 3: Unless Melanie has permission, she can't get one of the coins, though.
