How do I use and combine things in inventory?
You can find detailed instructions on this in the game docs, but here's a quick rundown.
-- To use an item in the world, left-click on it to pick it up, then right-click to close the inventory menu. If you find a spot where the icon turns into a gear, you can use that item in that spot.
-- To combine two items, left-click on an item to pick it up, then left-click on the gear icon at the right of the inventory window. This brings you into the combine/decombine window. Put the item you want to combine in one of the left windows, then click on the handbag icon (at the top right) to go back to the inventory window. Repeat with every item you want to combine. When you have them all, click on the gear in the middle of the combine window. If the items can be combined, the result will appear in the window at the right.
-- To decombine or disassemble an item into its component parts, take it into the combine/decombine window and put it in the right window, then click on the gear.
