Agatha Christie: Murder on the Orient Express Hints
Is the story the same as the book and the movie?
More or less, with a few differences; for instance, Antoinette, the character you play, is new to both.
The plot of the game follows the original book more closely than it does the movie (the one with Albert Finney), but they are all basically the same story. If you've read the book or seen the movie, you know this is a story where it's not possible to change the culprit without a drastic rewriting of the plot; so if you've read the book or seen the movie, you basically know whodunnit. Even so, they've put in enough new elements in the game that you'll be surprised throughout and especially at the end.
And incidentally, if you haven't read the book, it's included with the game so you can read it yourself and compare the stories; if you haven't seen the movie, it's well worth watching. So enjoy!
