Murder in the Abbey Hints
How can I learn more about the mechanics of the murder?
of 13: Anselmo was crushed by a falling silver censer. A rather heavy religious object.
of 13: Let's go find it, shall we? It's got to be around here somewhere.
of 13: You'll find it in an unlikely place.
of 13: Go and find Egidio.
of 13: It's actually inside the stables.
of 13: You can examine it closely.
of 13: Though there's actually only one single piece of evidence that can be found on it.
of 13: And even that isn't on the censer itself.
of 13: See the rope attached to it? That's the rope that was holding it to the ceiling. The one that was cut... or that snapped, perhaps.
of 13: See that strange red stain on the end of it? Take a look at it.
of 13: It's not what you'd first think.
of 13: Not blood.
of 13: It's actually red ink. And that certainly gives us our next lead, doesn't it!
