Murder in the Abbey Hints
I can't get through the doors into the abbey!
of 12: It would be a little undignified of a monk of Leonardo's stature to simply bang on the doors to alert someone to his arrival.
of 12: It would also be impractical, as chances are nobody would near him.
of 12: You will need to find a more recognized means of alerting someone.
of 12: Say I visit your house. Asides from rapping my knuckles on your door, how else might I let you know I'm there?
of 12: Do you have a doorbell?
of 12: The abbey does.
of 12: Admittedly, it's not an electronic one, but the principle's the same.
of 12: There's no button to push -- it's going to require a little more force than that.
of 12: See the large bell atop the gates? See if you can find a way to ring it.
of 12: There's a rope connected to it, which hangs down just to the left of the gates.
of 12: Use the rope (right-click it) and Leonardo will ring the bell.
of 12: This will alert Egidio, the gatekeeper, who will come and let you in.
