Murder in the Abbey Hints
How can I heat up the alembic?
of 11: This one isn't too tough but you will need a couple of components less obvious than the burning torch on the wall in here.
of 11: That torch is one part of the puzzle, but you will also need something to burn, and something to stoke the fire and make it burn properly.
of 11: You're going to need some coal and a set of bellows.
of 11: And, in fact, both of these items can be found in the same location.
of 11: It's a likely location for tools of that nature.
of 11: They are both in the smithy.
of 11: The coal is found inside a barrel at the far end of the room near Nicholas' forge.
of 11: And the bellows are right next to the front door.
of 11: First, place the coal underneath the alembic.
of 11: Now, fetch the torch and use it on the coals.
of 11: Next, use the bellows with the coals to blow them and spark up the flames.
