How do I open the metal platform near where I entered this age?

  • 1 of 5: The control panel to open it is the four symbol code panel just in front of the platform.
  • 2 of 5: You will eventually find the four symbols elsewhere in the age.  You might want to try doing a bit more exploring and leave this puzzle until later.
  • 3 of 5: If you really must know now, the symbols can be found by rotating the fortress and walking to the miniature islands all around it.
  • 4 of 5: In case you want to skip over the entire island and cut to the answer, it's coming up in the next hint.  OTHERWISE, STOP READING NOW.
