How do I unlock the water control wheel in the village?
1 of 9: The village water control mechanism has a striped "lock" wrapped around the control wheel. The wheel will not turn until the lock is removed.
2 of 9: Have you seen a lock like this before?
3 of 9: If you haven't seen a similar lock before, then you don't have all the clues needed to open the lock.
4 of 9: Do you remember how you opened the lock in Haven? You will need to pass your hand over (or stroke) the grey object.
5 of 9: You will need to make 4 strokes, always starting on the right and moving to the left.
6 of 9: The strokes should always start on the dark line at the bottom right of the lock, and move straight across to the left side.
7 of 9: Use your mouse cursor to do this. Click on the right side, on the black line at the bottom right side of the lock. Hold the mouse button, and drag across to the left. Release the button and do the same thing again (four times total).
8 of 9: This puzzle tends to be a little picky. If the cursor isn't exactly on the line it won't work. And if the cursor moves too far off the line as it slides to the left, it may not work. Just be patient and try again. Slow down, if necessary. The mouse can move slowly, as long as the motion is correct.
9 of 9: After making the 4 strokes, the snake-like creature will lift its head. When he does, you will need to tap (click) the snake on the head.
