I can't remember where the elevator is!
1 of 3: When you link back to Spire, you begin the age at the top of a mountain-like structure.
2 of 3: You will need to climb down the stairs -- you will need to turn the corner to the right, go down; turn the corner to the right, go down; etc., several times.
3 of 3: The elevator is just to the left of the stairway, on the way down. Look for it after climbing down a few levels, just before you turn to the right to go around the corner.
