How do I get to the buildings across the water?
1 of 8: You won't be able to until the power is fully restored.
3 of 8: Look around the elevator area -- after you've used it to get close to Atrus' bedroom.
4 of 8: Walk behind the elevator, so that your back is to Atrus' bedroom.
5 of 8: Notice the simple control panel, on the left, near the railing?
6 of 8: Use the crank on the control panel, by turning it clockwise (it won't turn much). Use the walkway that swings into view to access the other buildings.
7 of 8: After you've crossed the walkway once, you'll need to use it again to get to the last building.
8 of 8: Use the simple control panel a little ways to the right of the walkway (just outside of the kitchen balcony area). Turn the crank clockwise to move the walkway to the right. Turn the crank counterclockwise to move the walkway left.
