What can I do with the bookcase in Yeesha's room?
1 of 17: You'll need to push five specific books in a particular order. To learn more about the bookcase, look around for a clue.
2 of 17: Atrus was teaching Yeesha how to write a linking book. They were working at the table on the porch of the kitchen building -- it's only one building away from Yeesha's bedroom.
3 of 17: Notice how Yeesha practiced writing her name several times? Do you get an idea of what her name looks like with these strange letters?
4 of 17: If you check out the words on the back of the books, you'll find that Yeesha's name is on the spine of one of them.
5 of 17: Yeesha's name is the third book from the right, on the bottom row.
6 of 17: There are other names on other books, as well.
7 of 17: Study the phonetic alphabet translation chart that Atrus was using to teach Yeesha how to write linking books. It's on the table outside of the kitchen area.
8 of 17: You should find the following names: Achenar, Atrus, Catherine, Sirrus, and Yeesha.
9 of 17: Remember the clue in Yeesha's diary? The solution has something to do with names and who's older.
