Where can I find those symbols, and what are they?
1 of 4: As the telescope is pointing when you use it for the first time, they should pretty much be straight ahead of you.
2 of 4: They're just a little bit below the top of the distant island.
3 of 4: Set the vertical control almost to the middle, the rotation about 1/4 from the top right, and when you think you can see them, zoom in.
4 of 4: You'll see what looks like a circle with the upper-right quadrant missing, and the D'ni numbers 13 and 24.
